Shortcut for Faster Editing in Word

When you edit your work in Ms-Word, there are several ways to do that. With shortcut, you will finish your work faster.


These are some shortcut key to finish your works faster in Microsoft Word:



    Ctrl + Shift + >
    Increase font size
    Ctrl + Shift + <
    Decrease font size
    Shift + F3
    Change your previous word into all caps
    Ctrl + Shift + K
    Change your word to uppercase or viceversa
    Ctrl + Del
    Delete a word at right side of your cursor
    Ctrl + Backspace
    Delete a word at left side of your cursor
    Ctrl + C
    Copy a selected word or phrase
    Ctrl + V
    Paste a word or phrase
    Ctrl + 1
    Change line spacing into single
    Ctrl + 2
    Change line spacing into double
    Shift + Alt + Up Arrow
    Move a paragraph on top of your cursor
    Shift + Alt + Down Arrow
    Move a paragraph to bottom of your cursor
