Disable Startup Splash Screen

Usually, Windows always show startup splash screen while starting computer. How to disable this splash screen?
You can do this by using System Configuration Utility, a default installed tools of Windows XP. Follow these steps:
Choose Start | Run from Start Menu
Type msconfig then click OK button then the System Configuration Utility window will open
Choose BOOT.INI tab in the top of that window
From Boot Options panel, check the /SOS option
System Configuration Utility
Show detail image
System Configuration Utility
Click Apply or OK
Restart your PC
